Information we handle

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive the contact details, organization name, requirements and other information you choose to provide. The public JADE.NET website links to these channels; messages you send are handled by the selected email or messaging provider.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical request details, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time and requested page, to deliver and protect the website.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you accept optional analytics, unless your browser signals a restriction such as Global Privacy Control, which we respect. Before acceptance we do not load our Google Analytics tracking script. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website.

With your permission, GA4 helps us understand website visits and how visitors navigate to product information, WhatsApp or email links. We send page paths and aggregated click-event categories, including JADE.ELS, JADE.ERP, JADE.PMS and custom-software interests. We do not intentionally include message contents, enquiry text, email addresses, phone numbers or customer names in these events. A tracked click is not proof that an enquiry was sent.

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it using Analytics preferences in the website footer. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to unload the active tracking script. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. Private JADE.NET Local Analytics tool

JADE.NET Local Analytics is an internal, owner-operated reporting tool, not a public account service. After the owner authorizes access, it requests the Google Analytics read-only permission (analytics.readonly) to retrieve GA4 reporting summaries: website sessions, active users, page views, traffic channels, and product-specific contact-link click counts. It does not use the Google Analytics API to modify property settings or tracking data.

Those report summaries are stored on the authorized owner's local computer for internal analysis of website performance. The tool does not publish GA4 reports or business contact records to this website or to the public GitHub repository. Google OAuth credentials are maintained locally by the authorized Google Cloud tooling; the website does not collect OAuth tokens. Access is limited to the authorized operator.

Why and how we use information

We use enquiries to respond to product questions, discuss requested services, prepare proposals and maintain appropriate business records. Consented analytics help us improve public content and understand interest in our offerings. Technical logs may support security, troubleshooting and service delivery. We retain information as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Service providers and transfers

Website hosting, Google Analytics, and communication providers may process information on our behalf or under their own policies. These providers may operate outside Indonesia. We do not offer public access to private GA4 reports or customer lead registers. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and requests

You can decline optional analytics, reopen preferences at any time, and contact us to request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable legal requirements and retention obligations.
